This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Tr App Solution BMC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It governs the data practices for our mobile application Phone Call (the “App”) and all related services (the “Services”).

About Phone Call: The App is a modern, smart dialer and contact manager that helps users manage calls, call logs, contacts, and blocking functions. It also offers themes, flash alerts, and customization options to enhance the calling experience.

  • Local Data Storage: Your contacts, call logs, and call details remain on your device.
  • Limited Data Collection: Only minimal technical and advertising data is collected for app stability, analytics, and ad delivery.

3. DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS

We DO NOT collect: Contact names, phone numbers, call logs, call content, or recordings.

We Collect (Automatically via SDKs): Technical information (device type, OS version, app version), usage statistics (crash logs, session data), and Advertising IDs for ad monetization and analytics.

8. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

  • Revoke permissions (Contacts, Call Log, Storage, Camera) anytime via device settings.
  • Reset or disable ad personalization in Android privacy settings.
  • No account creation required; uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

This App is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy periodically. The latest version will always be available within the App and on the Play Store listing.
